Why Lunch Went Wrong
Every workday, the same three tragedies. Our reporters investigated.
The Gone-Cold Meal
Packed hot at seven in the morning, lukewarm by noon. Some lunches simply give up before you do.
The Takeout Habit
Fifteen dollars a day, five days a week. The most expensive meal deal is the lunch you never packed.
Watch It Get Hot.
Pick a dish, pick a heat level, press start. This is what cordless heating looks like.

Asked, Answered.
Q1How long does it take to heat a meal?+
Typically 15โ35 minutes depending on the dish, portion size, and heat level. Turbo is fastest for smaller portions; Gentle suits larger, denser meals.
Q2How do I clean it?+
The removable 304 stainless steel container is dishwasher-safe. The outer casing contains electronics โ wipe it with a damp cloth only and never immerse it in water.
Q3How many meals per charge?+
It depends on the heat level and portion โ higher levels draw more power. Charge fully before first use, and top up via the charging port between meals.
Q4Can I use it in a microwave or oven?+
No. The unit contains electronic components and must never go in a microwave or oven โ its built-in heating system replaces both.
Q5What if something goes wrong?+
Every order is covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee for eligible damage or covered problems, plus insured worldwide shipping and responsive customer support.
